Norwalk Christian Church serves as the local coordinator for Meals on Wheels in town.  This responsibility involves recruiting and scheduling drivers to pick up the meals and drop them off at the church, plus other drivers to deliver the meals around the community; sending reminders and other communications — all in service to the senior citizens in our community who depend upon this important ministry for regular nutrition.  We invite you to consider becoming our Volunteer Coordinator who will oversee this important ministry on behalf of the church and the households served.

This leadership role needs someone who can be flexible and responsive to schedule changes, strong communication and excellent organizational skills, coordinating the many volunteers required in this effort.
